The owners, Rada and Ned, share their vision for Donattela:
“Our goal at Donattela Bar and Grill is to offer Bobcaygeon residents and tourists top quality food in a relaxed setting, but without stuffiness of fine dining from the past. The great combination of one Canadian and one international chef gives us opportunity to offer very unique new menu which gives you option to come in for pizza and beer one day, and come back for full dining experience next time.”
Enjoy martinis, lamb chops, steaks, pasta, seafood, with more than 23 wines. They also cook with local ingredients whenever possible, while the rest is carefully sourced for quality, freshness and authenticity. One of the features is their traditional Italian thin crust stone-fired pizza. So fresh, so delectable one can taste the ripe hand squeezed tomato, fresh basil, onion or garlic in each bite. Some of the pizzas are topped with original recipe Italian sausage that Ned makes.

Their “hand-shaken” Margaritas are created with fresh tangerines, blood oranges or watermelon. Lunch and dinner menus offer many gluten-free and heart conscious choices. Speaking of celebrations, July 17th marks the 11th anniversary of the Donattela Bar and Grill Bobcaygeon. If you were one of original guests, you will recognize many of the same people dining there to this day.
